We are a small, licensed water filtration outfit working across Sydney and regional NSW. We are not running an advertised vacancy right now, but we would rather hear from good people before we need them than scramble when we do.
If you are the sort of tradesperson described below, send us something. We keep applications on file and we do call them.
Who we want to hear from
Licensed plumbers
NSW licensed, comfortable working unsupervised in occupied homes, and able to explain to a customer what you are doing and why. Filtration experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you can plumb properly and you are careful in someone's kitchen, the filtration side is learnable.
Apprentices
If you are looking for an apprenticeship or partway through one and want more hands-on residential work than you are currently getting, get in touch. You will be on the tools with a licensed plumber from day one, not sweeping.
Service technicians
Cartridge changes, system servicing and diagnostics. Suits someone with a mechanical aptitude and a genuinely good manner with customers, which is most of the job.
Subcontractors
Licensed plumbers with their own ABN, insurance and vehicle, particularly outside Sydney metro. Tell us your area and your availability.
What matters to us
- Doing it properly. WaterMark components, to standard, certificate issued. We warrant our labour for the life of the installation, which only works if the work is right the first time.
- Being straight with people. We tell customers when they do not need the expensive option. If that sounds like lost revenue rather than good business, we are not a fit.
- Leaving the place clean. Drop sheets down, cupboard back as you found it, packaging taken away.
- Showing up when you said you would. Or calling early if you cannot.
What you can expect
- Residential and light commercial work across Sydney and regional NSW: varied, not the same job every day.
- Proper equipment and quality components. We do not ask anyone to make dubious gear work.
- Direct contact with the person who runs the business, not a layer of management.
- Rates discussed openly and paid on time.

What happens to your application
We read everything and reply to everyone, though it may take a couple of weeks in a busy period. If there is nothing right now, we will say so plainly and ask whether we can keep your details on file for when there is. Applications are handled under our Privacy Policy, are not shared outside the business, and we will delete them on request.
