Water Filtration, Installed and Serviced by Licensed Plumbers
Most people arrive here knowing they want better water, not which system delivers it. Answer three questions below and the right setup is usually obvious, or skip it and call us, and we will work it out with you in about two minutes.
These are the same three we ask on the phone, in the same order.
1. Town water or tank?
Treated mains water is a taste, odour and sediment problem. Tank and bore water is a different job entirely.
Mains: sediment plus carbon does most of the work
Rainwater tank: heavier sediment staging, and UV where the water is drunk
Bore: the supply gets assessed first, because iron, manganese and hardness vary property to property
2. Every tap, or just drinking water?
This is the single biggest cost decision, and it is about where the water is treated.
Drinking and cooking only: under-sink, in the kitchen cupboard
Showers, laundry, every outlet: whole-house, on the incoming supply
Both: whole-house for the property, under-sink or RO at the kitchen
3. Do you own the property?
Renting narrows the field, but it does not rule filtration out.
Owner: anything on this page is on the table
Renting: benchtop, or under-sink where the owner permits it
Existing system: skip ahead, you probably need servicing, not a new unit
Still not sure? That is normal. Call 0421 601 540. We will tell you what you do not need as readily as what you do.
Most Requested
Under-Sink Reverse Osmosis
The highest level of drinking water treatment we install: a membrane behind sediment and carbon pre-filters, plumbed into the kitchen cupboard with its own dedicated tap. It is the system most people mean when they say they want water that tastes like nothing at all.
Membrane filtration behind sediment and carbon pre-stages
Needs adequate incoming pressure, which we check before quoting
Cupboard space for the manifold plus an 8 L storage tank
Sends a portion of feed water to drain in normal operation
We will talk you out of it if carbon filtration suits you better
All installed under a NSW plumbing licence, with the cartridge costs quoted before you commit.
Whole-house filtration
Point-of-entry on the incoming supply, sized to your flow rate and pressure. Sediment and carbon at every outlet, with isolation valves so servicing takes minutes.
Under-sink drinking water filters
Carbon block on its own dedicated tap. Reduces chlorine taste and odour, cartridges typically rated around six months, and it fits apartments where permitted.
Benchtop & countertop filters
No plumbing alterations, so they suit rentals and short leases. The compromise is capacity and bench space, and we will say so plainly.
Rainwater tank filtration & UV
Tank water carries no residual disinfection and loads sediment fast. Staged filtration with UV sterilisation where the water is being drunk.
Bore water treatment & iron removal
Iron, manganese and hardness vary bore to bore, so nothing is specified until the supply is assessed. Staining and odour are usually the first symptoms.
Water softeners & hard water
Scale on elements, fittings and glassware shortens appliance life. We will tell you what softening will and will not fix before you spend anything.
Shower & bathroom filters
A targeted option when chlorine on skin and hair is the complaint but whole-house filtration is not warranted or not permitted.
Commercial & hospitality
Offices, cafés, restaurants and commercial kitchens. Specified from peak flow and daily volume, feeding coffee, beverage and ice equipment, serviced around your trading hours.
Cartridge replacement & servicing
Including systems we did not install. Sediment, carbon, RO pre-filters and membranes, with seal and leak checks every visit.
Servicing & Filter Replacement
Already Have a System? We Service It, Even If We Did Not Install It
A filter left past its rating stops being a filter. This is the least glamorous thing we do and the one people are most often left to sort out alone after a supplier-only sale.
Sediment, carbon, RO pre-filters and membranes replaced
O-ring, seal and leak checks on every visit
Pressure and flow checked before we leave
Not sure what cartridges you have? Send a photo of the housings and we will identify them
Reminders when the next change is due, so it stops being your job to remember
Plenty of outfits will sell you a system. Fewer will size it for your property, install it under a licence, and still be the ones who come back to change the cartridges.
Licensed and accountable
NSW Licensed Contractor and Qualified Supervisor No. 358626C. The person who quotes it is the trade that installs it.
Sized, not upsold
Specified from your flow rate, pressure and supply type. If a cheaper system does the job, that is the one we quote.
Costs stated upfront
Fixed installed price plus the ongoing cartridge costs, before you commit, so you can compare properly.
