Your Records
There is no login on this website. We do not run an online account portal, we do not issue passwords, and we will never send you a link asking you to sign in to an account with us. If you receive a message claiming to be from us asking you to log in, it is not from us. Please tell us about it.
What we run instead is simple: we keep a file on every job, and you can ask for any of it at any time by phone or email. No account required.
What we hold
- Your contact details and the installation address.
- The quote we gave you and the invoice we issued.
- What was installed: make, model, and the cartridge sizes your system takes.
- Photographs of the completed work.
- The service history: every visit, what was done, what was replaced and when.
- Warranty status and any claims made.
- Certificates of Compliance where the work required one.
We do not hold payment card numbers. We do not take payment through this website.
Getting a copy
Call 0421 601 540 or email quote@waterfiltration.sydney with your name and the installation address. Most requests we can answer the same day: a duplicate invoice, or telling you which cartridges your system takes so you can order the right ones.
For a formal request for everything we hold about you, see the access and correction section of our Privacy Policy. There is no fee, and we respond within 30 days.
Keeping it current
Tell us if you change your phone number, email or address. It matters for two reasons: cartridge reminders go to the wrong place otherwise, and a warranty claim years from now is much easier when the file is current. If we have something wrong, we will correct it.
Moving out
Our labour warranty attaches to the installation at the property, not to you personally. If you leave the system behind, it stays covered for whoever lives there. Tell us you have moved and we will note it so reminders stop going to an address that is no longer yours.
Deleting your details
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will. Full deletion is different. As a licensed plumbing contractor we are required to keep job records for tax, insurance and licensing purposes, generally at least seven years, and longer while a warranty is still on foot. We will tell you what we must keep and why, and delete anything we are not required to hold.
